If "inJiangsu" discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, in order to ensure the security of the account, "inJiangsu" has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account. User Content

For any content that you upload to the publicly-accessible area of "inJiangsu" through the Service (including but not limited to updates and comments), you grant "inJiangsu" a free, permanent, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable (through multiple layers) and worldwide license to use, copy, modify, adapt, assemble, disseminate through information networks, publish, translate, create derivative works from, disseminate, perform, and display such content (in whole or in part), and/or incorporate such content into any other form of work, media, or technology currently known or developed in the future.

You confirm and agree to grant a non-exclusive authorization to "inJiangsu" to, in its own name or via a third party, protect the intellectual property rights of the content you upload and post. The forms of protection include but are not limited to: monitoring infringement behavior, sending right protection letters, filing lawsuits, and initiating arbitration or mediation, and "inJiangsu" has the right to make and implement independent decisions for right protection matters.

You may use "inJiangsu" and relevant services to publish the opinions, texts, images, voices, videos, and other contents that are originally created by you or that you have the right to publish. You must ensure that you own the intellectual property rights of the content you upload or have obtained the legal authorization, and that any use of "inJiangsu" and relevant services by you will not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

You are not allowed to use the Service to publish, transmit, disseminate, or store the following contents, including but not limited to:

Contents that violate national laws, endanger national security and unity, social stability, public order, good customs, and social morality, are insulting, defamatory or obscene, or contain any element of sexuality, sexual suggestion or violence;

Contents that infringe upon the legitimate rights of others such as reputation right, portrait right, name right, intellectual property right, and trade secret right;

Contents related to privacy, personal information or data of others;

Harassment information, advertising information, and spam;

Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order, good customs and social morality, interferes with the normal operation of "inJiangsu", or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of any software, text, program, web page, image, graphic, audio, video, or layout design provided by "inJiangsu" and relevant services shall reside in "inJiangsu". The copyright, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of "inJiangsu" on which the website is based shall reside in "inJiangsu". Without the consent of "inJiangsu", the above materials shall not be directly or indirectly published, played, or rewritten or redistributed for the purpose of playing or publishing in any media, or used for any other commercial purposes. "inJiangsu" shall not be held liable to you or any third party in any form for any delay, inaccuracy, error or omission in generation, transmission or submission of such data or any part thereof, or for any damages arising from.

Security Responsibility

Considering the particularity of network services, you agree that "inJiangsu" has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the network services at any time. You bear the usage risk with respect to the network services provided by "inJiangsu". "inJiangsu"does not warrant that the Service will meet your usage requirements, does not warrant that the Service will not be interrupted, and does not warrant the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the Service.

You understand that, "inJiangsu" needs to regularly or irregularly inspect, repair or maintain the platform used to provide network services (such as Internet websites, mobile networks, and applications) or the relevant equipment. If any paid network service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, "inJiangsu" shall not be held liable; provided that, "inJiangsu" will make an announcement in advance through the website as far as possible.
