A major artificial intelligence (AI) exhibition, showcasing nearly 200 AI-powered innovations, opened in Hefei this November.
The 8th World Voice Expo runs from 2 to 6 November in four main exhibition halls in the Hefei Sports Center.
Organizers promise a display of "cutting-edge technology", from industrial sound models and AI medical assistants to multi-lingual translation systems and smart vehicles. The event aims to demonstrate AI's deepening integration into various industries and daily life.
A key highlight is the robotic zone, where "embodied intelligence" robots can learn new tasks after a single human demonstration. The event features a drone light show, a music festival, and a creative market, presenting itself as an engaging "AI carnival" rather than merely a trade show.
The expo underscores China's continued push to advance and commercialize its AI capabilities, with companies like iFLYTEK. This event may inspire more companies and individuals to develop an interest in AI and technology.
